Recreational Activities

Our aim is to reintroduce a holistic approach to achieve sustainable public health by promoting recreation for better mental, physical and societal health.

Our Supervised unstructured and structured recreational projects promote a positive use of leisure time, reduce stress and develop interpersonal skills.

We connect youth with common interest and create a healthy environment where those relationships can thrive. Members will gain social capital and self-esteem to achieve greater heights in society by strengthening our community through recreational activities that allow youth to share their cultural differences in a safe space.

Club Tree’dHouses Members will engage a variety of recreational projects and activities such as:

  • Nature Night Hiking
  • Bunny Yoga
  • Morning Meditation
  • Camping Trips
  • Painting Parties
  • Karaoke & Rec Nights
  • Garden Improvements
  • Sports Tournaments
  • Bonfires
  • Themed Bingo Hall
  • Local Beautifications
  • Park Preservations

According to a U.S Department of Health and Human Services study, Students who participate in 1 to 4 hours per week of extracurricular activities are 49% less likely to use drugs and 37% less likely to become teen parents.

We encourage and support weekly physical activities that inspire life long fitness habits, defeat boredom, and teach youth how to build positive relationships and team spirit.
